Our Mission
At Airable Research Lab, our mission is to bridge the gap between academic innovation and industrial application for soy-based chemistries. Unlike universities, we prioritize rapid, scalable development aimed at real-world application. Additionally, unlike traditional chemical companies, we embrace flexibility exploring innovative, renewable materials without the limits of large-scale production. Our goal is to bring sustainable chemistry from concept to reality with speed, precision, and purpose.
Our Capabilities
Airable Research Lab integrates a range of synthesis, formulation, fermentation, and analytical capabilities to advance soy-based materials research. Our expertise includes condensation and emulsion polymerization, esterification, and epoxidation, with scale-up supported by a 40 L reactor for pilot production. Fermentation processes enable the generation of renewable intermediates and functional additives, complementing traditional chemical approaches. By leveraging diverse equipment and analytical tools, we efficiently move from concept to validated performance data for industrial applications.
